Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card, convenience store payment, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay, PayPal, PayPay, Wechat Pay, GrabPay, etc.

For convenience store payment, you will receive an email from KOMOJU regarding payment after placing your order. please note that your order will be canceled if payment is not received within 2 days. For payment at a convenience store, you will receive an email from komoju.com regarding payment. If you have set up a domain name, please turn off the setting or register "komoju.com" as a domain name.

If you use convenience store payment, a separate transaction fee of 190 yen (tax included) will be charged.

Please contact your credit card company or payment service for the timing of the withdrawal.

How to order

Can I edit my order?

It depends on availability and readiness to ship.

I receive an error message even though I do not have multiple items in my cart that I want to purchase. What should I do?

You cannot add "pre-order items" and "regular items" to your cart at the same time. Also, even "pre-order items" cannot be purchased at the same time if they have different "product release dates". Please place separate orders.

How much is the shipping cost?

Within Japan: 800 yen flat rate nationwide (However, the rate may vary depending on the product ordered. Please check at the checkout)
For delivery to countries and regions other than Japan: The fee varies depending on the destination country/region. Please check with the cashier.

Where is the tracking number?

Please check the email sent at the start of shipping or on the order confirmation page.

It may take 1-2 business days for the tracking information to be registered and updated on the shipping carrier's tracking site. Please understand.
